Gideon Odoma is an itinerant preacher, a Christian apologist, and a writer/blogger. An astute communicator, he also is a strategy consultant. After his first degree, he received training in theology and Christian apologetics from Oxford University and The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA) respectively.

He is passionate about engaging young people and opinion leaders with the claims of the Christian faith, and helping Christians grow into mature, competent, representatives of Christ, whatever their placement or vocation in life.

He is the President of Fortress Ministry. Gideon is married to Hassana, a Barrister by training. They live with their three children, in Jos, Nigeria.

Apostle Gideon Ekele Odoma, a native of Kogi State, Nigeria, attended and graduated from the Federal Government College (FGC) Ugwolawo with his SSCE. He then continued to the University of Jos, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography. Apostle Gideon Ekele Odoma was born on July 31. He has a track record of working in the religious institutions industry as an itinerant speaker, Christian apologist, and experienced leader. He is talented in research, public speaking, human resource management, non-profit organization, strategic planning, and volunteer management. He is a capable professional in leadership development. Additionally, he holds a CTPS 2013 degree in Christian Apologetics from the University of Oxford, and he is presently enrolled at Chester University to pursue a master’s in Theology.

Apostle Odoma is a lecturer at the Adullam School. Pioneered by Apostle Arome Osayi, Adullam is a ministry training program by the Remnant Christian Network with a learning setting that has a strong atmosphere of Heaven and Spiritual impartations—a forge for transforming charlatans into champions.

He frequently talks on university campuses in an effort to develop a new generation of young people who fear God, covering a variety of subjects such as doctrines, Christian exclusivity and religious diversity, the moral case for God’s existence, science and religion, and more. The questions of “Why I Am a Christian” and “Can Man Live Forever?” (Eternal Salvation), among others, are also sparked by his teachings. He has additionally participated in RZIM operations and hosts a weekly bible study called “Tuesday Ignite”. Additionally, when invited, Apostle Gideon Odoma gives sermons in churches.

In addition, Apostle Gideon Odoma serves as the director of the Mamre Christian Institute (MCI)- a bible training centre where individuals receive instruction and ministry-related equipment. MCI is a program that Fortress Ministry has developed to train and certify individuals after an intensive two-week bible study. Theology, apologetics, doctrine, missions, and other related subjects are the main areas of study at MCI.

Having gone to the same high school and known each other for a long time, Apostle Gideon Odoma and Apostle Osayi enjoy a strong bond and fondly refer to each other as brothers. Evangelists Sunday Oguche, Emmanuel Ibrahim & Rev. Andrew Abah, have all mentored Apostle Gideon Odoma. As a man in a position of responsibility, Pastor Ameh Amana, the senior Pastor of the Gospel Inn Ministries, in Ugwolawo, Kogi state, is Apostle Gideon Odoma’s father in the Lord. Apostle Gideon Odoma stated that Pastor Ameh Amana has been a significant influence in his life and ministry for the past thirty years or so

Apostle Gideon Odoma is married to Reverend Mrs Hassanah Odoma. They got married on 28th June, 2008. The family is blessed with children.
